Product Introduction
Spray-applied rubber-asphalt waterproofing coating consists of two components: rubberasphalt emulsion (Component A) and a chemical demulsifier (Component B). Component A is a waterbased emulsion containing ultrafine, suspended, microemulsion-type modified anionic emulsified asphalt and synthetic polymers. Component B is a setting accelerator; after application using specialized spraying equipment, it sets instantly to form a rubberasphalt waterproof coating.
Product Features
1、Excellent elasticity: After film formation, the material can stretch to more than 1,000% of its original length, with an elastic recovery rate of over 85% after stretching. It effectively addresses issues such as deformation, expansion-induced cracking, and punctures in various structures caused by stress.
2、Forms a “skin-like” waterproofing layer: It has exceptional adhesion to the substrate and easily achieves full-surface bonding, thereby ensuring truly watertight protection.
3、Excellent corrosion resistance: Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, including acids, alkalis, and salts; suitable for waterproofing tanks, reservoirs, and other structures in the chemical and wastewater treatment industries.
4、Excellent temperature resistance: High flexibility at low temperatures, making it suitable for waterproofing projects in extremely cold regions; high-temperature resistance up to 120°C, making it suitable for waterproofing projects on roads and bridges.
5、High Application Efficiency: The coating forms a film immediately after 3–5 seconds of spraying. Using professional spraying equipment ensures high application efficiency. (One spraying unit connected to two spray guns has a daily application capacity exceeding 1,500 square meters).
6、Excellent adhesion: Bonds well to concrete, preventing delamination, peeling, or spalling, and provides effective protection for the substrate.
7、Flexible and easy application: It can be sprayed or brushed on at room temperature, making it flexible and easy to use, and capable of meeting the special waterproofing requirements of various areas, such as drainage ditches and inside and outside corners.
8、Can be applied to damp surfaces: It can be applied to damp substrates without standing water.
9、Water-based, eco-friendly, and energy-efficient: Non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free; can be applied at room temperature without heating, making it energy-efficient and eco-friendly.

Recommended Level 1 Waterproofing Design Plan

Scope of Application
Types I and II are suitable for roof waterproofing projects in general industrial and residential buildings, underground waterproofing projects, and waterproofing projects for subways, tunnels, and similar structures.
Type III is suitable for waterproofing projects in major and key engineering projects, such as municipal engineering, infrastructure, utility tunnels, bridges, and railway buildings.

Storage and Transportation
1、During storage and transportation, different types of products should be stored separately and must not be mixed.
2、Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, and ensure adequate ventilation. The storage temperature should be between 5°C and 40°C.
3、Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the date of manufacture.
