Product Introduction

　　Non-curing rubber-asphalt is a waterproof coating composed primarily of rubber and asphalt, mixed with additives to form a viscous paste that retains its adhesive properties throughout its service life. It exhibits excellent creep properties and remains non-curing for an extended period after application, effectively enhancing waterproofing performance.

Product Features

　　1、Never cures; solid content exceeds 98%; non-toxic and pollution-free.

　　2、Excellent resistance to aging, corrosion, and low temperatures.

　　3、Strong adhesion and excellent water-blocking performance.

　　4、High flexibility and elongation, suitable for substrates with significant deformation.

　　5、Strong self-healing properties; even if the waterproofing layer is damaged, it can repair itself to maintain an intact waterproofing layer.

　　6、Can be applied by troweling or spraying. Can be applied at room temperature or below freezing.

　　7、Can be used in combination with all modified bitumen waterproofing membranes.

Scope of Application

Suitable for roofing, underground waterproofing projects,and municipal engineering in i n various industrial and commercial buildings; It can be used for waterproofing both standard areas and special areas such as expansion joints, and is typically used in combination with non-exposed membrane systems.

Construction Methods

Substrate preparation → Heating the coating → Reinforcement of critical details → Applying (spraying) non-curing coating to large surfaces while simultaneously laying membrane rolls → Seam treatment → Quality inspection and acceptance → Application of protective layer

Storage and Transportation

　　1、During storage and transportation, products of different types should be stacked separately and must not be mixed.Keep away from sources of ignition, protect from direct sunlight and rain, prevent impact, and ensure adequate ventilation.Storage temperature should not exceed 40°C.
