Pre-laid Polyester-Reinforced Waterproofing Membrane

Product Introduction
Pre-applied polyester-reinforced waterproofing membranes are manufactured using filament polyester felt as the base, with self-adhesive modified asphalt applied to both sides; the underside features a polyethylene (PE) film, while the top surface uses modified sand as a release agent. These membranes are designed for use in the pre-applied reverseadhesion method of installation.
Product Features
1、It offers excellent tensile strength, puncture resistance, impact resistance, and resistance to static loads.
2、It bonds well with the subsequently poured concrete, effectively addressing the problem of water penetration that is difficult to avoid with traditional waterproofing materials.
3、The pre-laid adhesive method is used for installation, with the membrane laid loosely on the underlayment, effectively preventing damage to the waterproofing layer caused by structural settlement and displacement of the building.

Scope of Application
Suitable for waterproofing the base slabs of underground structures in industrial and residential buildings, as well as side walls where there is no access space for construction; also suitable for waterproofing projects in subways, tunnels, utility tunnels, and similar structures.

Storage and Transportation
1、During storage and transportation, products of different types and specifications should be stored separately and should not be mixed.
2、Keep away from direct sunlight and rain, ensure proper ventilation, and store at a temperature not exceeding 45°C.
3、When stored flat, rolls should be stacked no higher than 5 layers; when stored upright, they should be stacked in a single layer.
4、Prevent tilting or lateral pressure during transport; cover with a tarp if necessary.
5、Under normal storage and transportation conditions,the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
